Following the publication of Ephraim's letters, President Donald J. Trump kept more promises during his term in office than any other US president has ever done before. He has declared Jerusalem the capital of Israel, moved the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and annexed the Golan Heights. He has signed official executive orders, which specifically refer to the topic of international religious freedom and the fight against anti-Semitism against Jews and non-Jews, while Jacob's community of heirs in Germany experiences anti-Semitism among non-Jews. He also publishes the official Peace to Prosperity plan to create peace in the Middle East. Historical peace treaties have now been concluded. On the one hand, the trilateral peace treaty between Israel, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, the so-called 'Abraham Accords', on September 15, 2020, or the peace between Israel and Sudan. 

Upon receipt of Ephraim's letters, Michael R. Pompeo was appointed Secretary of State by the CIA Director. Elan Carr was then appointed as the anti-Semitism officer.

During the ongoing anti-Semitic attacks on individuals and the entire community of heirs to Jacob, Michael R. Pompeo publicly announced several times that  Anti-Zionism also called anti-Semitism  is applicable.

Michael R. Pompeo is now traveling the world to carry out the Peace to Prosperity plan. Most recently, in November 2020, he was the first American foreign minister to visit the West Bank and the Golan Heights and, together with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, is looking towards Mount Zion.
